What is the official 30% ruling form? It is the Belastingdienst's "Verzoek loonheffingen expatregeling (30%-regeling)", a joint form signed by both employee and employer. You can download a blank copy from belastingdienst.nl and fill it in yourself, for free, then post it to the Dutch Tax Authority. Or upload your documents here: we fill in the same official form from your contract, you check every field, and you download the completed PDF plus a cover letter for €12.10 incl. VAT. Either way, you sign and submit the form yourself; there is no online submission portal.
